Body4Yoga was excited to bring Yoga to La Cocina!  We are looking forward to have you join us for our next Yoga In Leah.  Start your night at 6pm with a perfectly inspired Happy Hour Yoga Vinyasa led by Body4Yoga's very own Olga Portela-Casanova and Diana McCarthy. Then stay for the best Hialeah Style Community Connect ever!  La Cocina has conjured up two delicious cocktails just for us Yogis.

Join us for our Monthly Happy Yoga Hour on the first or second Friday of the month. What’s HAPPY YOGA HOUR?

No Heaters, Cool Tunes, and Great Vibes, followed by a Few Snacks, Beer & Wine. The night begins with a fun and interactive 50-minute themed yoga practice leading to a 10 minutes of a recharging savasana, then followed by an opportunity to connect with the Body4Yoga community of yogis while enjoying wine, beer, and appetizers. This class does not qualify for a “first time free” so you’ll have to pay the $20 drop in rate to attend. But good news…we will comp you your next class!
