Please be mindful. If you are no longer able to attend a class you booked, please cancel your booking and give someone else an opportunity to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All students must be pre-registered for class.  Everyone is subject to the cancellation fees regardless of membership.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your class reservation 12-hours prior to class time, there is no charge.   Clients cancelling their reservations/bookings within 12-hours will be charged a $10 Late Cancel Fee.  However, Cancellations made within 1-hour to the class start time will be charged a “NO NOTICE CANCELLATION” fee of $15. All cancellations must be made by the student through the Mindbody app or Mindbody online.  Phone calls, messages or emails will not be accepted as an attempt to cancel.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Anyone who is registered/booked for class and fails to attend without cancelling will be charged a $20 No-Show Fee. 

NO NOTICE CANCELLATIONS:

Any cancellations made within One Hour prior to Class Start Time will be charged a $15 No Notice Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, cancelling within the hour before class begins does not give sufficient time for the next person on the waitlist to make it to class.
