Our Kids Yoga introduces kids to a variety of yoga postures in a fun atmosphere and provides enormous benefits. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Emotionally, it teaches kids to be in the present moment while relaxing and creating a peaceful state of mind. It also helps boost self-confidence. Mentally, doing yoga helps kids enhance memory and focus while improving their concentration. Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface and creates balance to their busy world.
