Now Offering Corporate Yoga and Wellness Programs
Introducing yoga into a corporate atmosphere provides more than just a break from the day to day stress that builds in any work place. It allows companies the incredible opportunity to give their employees essential tools and tips to reduce and manage their stress at work and beyond. Through the movement of postures and technique of breath, yoga promotes better overall health, strength, weight management, and focus. In turn, creating a superior employee, a better team play, and a happier individual. Ultimately, creating an improved work environment for all. Not to mention the tax benefits as a qualifying expense and insurance qualified wellness discounts.
On-site Corporate Yoga* **:
$150 A One Time Yoga Class. Style of yoga or class type is chosen by the hosting company. See details below.
-Price includes a 15 minute introductory to breathing techniques essential to calming stress and alleviating anxiety. Followed by a 1 hour practice with detailed instruction as we guide attendees through a variety of postures (Beginners Introductory to Yoga is available upon request). Then ending with a ten minute Savasana.
$100 Per Class with a two class agreement within one month (company may choose style of yoga offered as well as set the schedule (ie. biweekly, 1st and 15th, etc…).
$ 75 Per Class for a weekly class offered once per week for a minimum of one month for up to 49 employees (again, style of yoga at company’s choice).

Companies are welcomed to request use of studio when space is limited on-site.
CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Corporate Wellness Programs are also available for companies looking to implement wellness incentives. Companies may purchase for their employees Class Packages or Monthly Memberships to our studio for a discounted rate. The higher quantity purchased, the higher the discount. Please ask for details and price points.
*Hosting company may choose between a more physical practice of Vinyasa or an easier paced yoga style such as Hatha or Vinyasa Flow. Although all classes include attention to breath and overall breathing techniques essential to reduce stress and increase focus, hosting company may elect to add additional time to their class for a fundamental breathing instruction (Pranayama Techniques for a deeper mental benefit). Companies may also choose far more physical exercise such as Power Yoga or PiYo. If hosting company choses the weekly classes, they have the option to alternate classes from yoga, power yoga, or PiYO from week to week.
